Some People here will disagree but I have always used a pressure washer on my roof and awnings BUT here is the key I use a ELECTRIC 1700 P.S.I. power washer from Home Depot for about 100 bucks and it works AWESOME without damage DO NOT use a Gas 2000+ P.S.I. Washer it is to powerfull ,I have been using this for 7 years and it makes my roof and awnings all clean again in little time ...just my experience in 7 years of doing it
