For the toppers, I use any brand of mold and mildew cleaner followed by a good hosing off with water. I use one of those Swiffer mops to swab the underside as well as the top of them ... works great. For the roof itself ... dawn dish soap in a bucket of water or any brand of rubber roof cleaner.
