CLEANING SLIDEOUT TOPPERS & ROOF

Okay folks, here's my problem. I park my Monty at Woodhaven Lakes in Sublett Ill for the summer, normally May through September. After that we're Arizona bound for the winter.

My problem is the site we're at in Woodhaven has numerous trees on our property. This is a good thing for providing shade but is bad because of all the droppings that occur from these trees. Combine that with all of the dirt & crap flying in the air & sticking onto these droppings results in very dirt blackened topper & roof.

I'm sure they make a roof cleaning solvent that won't hurt the roofing material. but what does one use to clean these toppers ? In addition, our long slideout topper sags & water & grit just sits there staining the fabric.

I'm afraid to use ammonia because it may hurt the fabric. And I'm also concerned with using anything that would hurt the decals. Anything else I can use on the toppers that others have used with success ?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
