Sorry to hear about your mishap, but I am glad you had the wisdom to have it professionally replaced. A friend ripped a hole in his roof and repaired it himself. Two years later the fiberglass siding split from top to bottom due to water intrusion at the old tear site and the insurance refused to pay since it was not handled by a professional.
