THE BBQ experience? In Texas no less? I know there are lots of BBQ styles across the country (and I give them all their due) but a trip for good "Que" shouldn't be passed up!
And, if it's still there, a good option might would be the Trail Dust Steakhouse over in Denton. You could kill two (or 3) birds in one shot!
