We had the OEM leather recliners and used them for about a month. Hard to get ahold of and move to retract the slides. Plus they did not sit good. We put them in the office and got 2 Lazy Boy recliners.

We chose the Harbor Town rocker. Did not need the swivel option. When you raise the foot rest it provides one long space for the wife's 6lb dog to lay between her legs.

The open arms provide good handles for moving around. I closed one arm opening on DW chair so the dog would not fall off the chair. I might mention this is the second set of these chairs we have bought. As a experienced recliner sleeper, the high back, firm foam, long foot rest, they sleep just fine.

Available in either fabric or leather.
