I am not up on all this, but I seem to remember hearing that Grand Design was started by former Keystone execs who wanted to build a better unit. We looked at their Toyhauler offering when we started to look to replace our previous fifth wheel. They look pretty, but those neon blue interior accent lights were horrible in my opinion.
So is there any truth in that? Maybe by "build a better unit" they really meant "decorate the way they want"?
As far as the 100" frame, I think you may notice a slight difference in a comparable floorplan. I'd be very interested in seeing our floorplan in 100" but I don't know that I'd pay $20k more for it.
