You can become just as much of a tool nut with an RV as you can become with a stick house. The best thing to do is work with it some and you'll add as you go along. Larry has mentioned the basics. Some of us have drill bits and extensions to lower our spare tire and stabilizers (should the power fail) etc. One thing you should carry is something like a long phillips head screwdriver bit so in the event of a pump failure you can install it backwards and your drill can operate your pump.
