I'm here in SWFL, use it on my 2009 Jayco bunkhouse. Last two years, mildew only on roof, comes off easy. My unit still looks new and no sun damage. These covers will only last you two years, have to treat it like its made out of tissue when you put it on and off. That's when you usually get the rips. Piece of advice, treated it like a long hotdog and roll both sides to roof and lower it slowly into a clean garbage can, front first. Then to put it back on just pull it up from front and drag it to the rear and fold over sides, seems to work for me.
