I have a 6.4 and have had the turbo hoses come off. With 40 + pounds of boost it sounds like a shotgun went off under the hood. You will need clean shorts. If you really won't to fix the problem get you some good aftermarket hoses and where possible double clamp them. Rudy's Diesel Performance and others I'm sure has every thing you need. I almost always carry an extra set of hoses and clamps with my camper. I say almost because the time I needed them I didn't have them with me. I was 65 miles from the nearest Ford dealer almost to the top of Bolder Hill on I 15 in Montana when boom. My wife said what was that and in said turbo hose no problem I'll have this fixed in 10 minutes. There was a problem my turbo hoses were in my camper shed. $300 dollars and 4 hours later we had it fixed.
