I think an outlet with a GFCI sticker but without a reset button means it is a standard outlet wired from a GFCI outlet. Probably you have another GFCI outlet with a reset button that you have not found yet. Somewhere in the kitchen area? In the basement maybe? Keep looking as I expect you have more than one GFCI outlet.
