In our 2006 Monty that we have used 3-4 months every year for 8 years, I replaced our SeaLand seal this summer. This was the first time to replace the seal and using Plumbers Silicone Sealant to lub the plastic ball and rubber seal--all is great! Ready for another 8 years!
