I have a long wood stick that is flat on the tip. I put velcro on the tip of the stick and on the bottom of a small plastic container so that I can reach the ceiling. Then, I put a small amount of pine-sol with a little water in the container. This kills the bugs. Every so often I empty and put more pine-sol and water in the cup in the cup.
