Every RV trailer built in the USA provides three references that provides information for OE tires correct inflation pressures. The trailer manufacturer has the sole responsibility for establishing and setting the trailer's recommended cold inflation pressures. The entire tire industry recognizes those inflation pressures as the minimum inflation pressures for that particular vehicle. Then they tell consumers where to look for the correct pressures. 1. The vehicle owner's manual. 2. The federal certification label and 3. On the tire load and inflation placard. The inflation pressure found on the tire sidewall IS NOT a recommendation.

Remember, cold inflation pressures and the procedures for setting them for automotive vehicles differ considerably with the procedures used for RV trailer tires.
