Michael, just thought I would throw this out to you. I just recently retired from Jacksonville Sheriff's Office after 25 years as a patrolman. I once observed a young lady applying makeup while driving. She was all over the roadway and finally, slammed on brakes to prevent a rear end accident. After that I decided to stop her and issue a citation for Careless Driving. In the remarks section of the citation I wrote, "Also applying Makeup." The lady contested it in traffic court. When the judge read my remark about the makeup, while she was trying to tell her side of the incident. He told her she had nothing else to say, and found her guilty, plus Court Cost! You know I had to laugh under my breath....
