2014 Rand McNally RVND7725 21014
Last few months the outer case has been getting sticky. Now it's like the whole outside is covered by sticky, half dried glue. No help from RMcN customer service as to cleaning it off. I've tried several different materials but no luck. RmcN wants $99 for a new case. Has anyone of you had any success in cleaning this case? Unit still works fine and I'm in no rush to buy a new one.
