Any vet with a VA rated disability of 50% or higher can get his/her healthcare provided. I'm rated 100% so my wife is on ChampVA. We both have Medicare and Humana provides a back-up for me for what the others do not. ChampVA for dependents is the absolute best coverage available. The last 3 VA regional systems I have been in are far better than any of the local providers in those areas.
