Stuart, we've towed over mountains west and mountains east and, believe me, you have some grades in the east that are just as steep as those in the west. The ones in the west just tend to be longer, maybe 20 miles long instead of 4 miles! In fact, I've seen more 8% grades in the east than I have in the west.
