Had the same problem and had my axles replaced with Dexter 7000# axles. OE was 5200#. Even tho I was out of warrantee, Keystone paid for part of the bill and I believe would have done more, but I contacted them after the fact. They have been very fair. Also, make sure to have the spring shackles checked. Mine were badly worn and had to be replaced also. I believe that axle miss alignmenmt or loss of camber(as in my case) may cause excessive wear on the shackles. If you can go back to last summer on this same topic you will find many letters in the forum.
