When we had a sticks house, the convection oven was the oven of choice. So when we designed our camper, we opted to use the oven space for storage and just go with the microwave/convection oven. We have been full time for 14 months now and don't regret our choice. I guess whatever floats your boat as far as your preference for propane or convection oven. We can run our convection oven when we boondock. We have 4 batteries and a solar set-up with a 2500 watt inverter.
