Can't imagine why keystone would put two thermostats in a montana...but hey, they do what I consider strange stuff sometimes. Sounds like they didn't get some of the wiring in place prior to the unit moving on down the line. If none of the vent covers are pointed directly at the thermostats and no codes are thrown to either thermostat, then ???? It sort of sounds like it is encountering high head pressure and that is what is causing it to fall out. Turning thermo off and then on shouldn't allow a restart for the period of the safety timeout, which is a couple of minutes. Not any help to you... John
