Sounds like a certain lil gal needs to be acquainted to a "sailors shower" when visiting. Turn water on spin around turn water off, Soap up. Turn water on spin around 3-4 times and call it clean.
I have a niece that uses probably 35 gallons of water per shower at her parents stick house along with 2 towels to dry off. I'm acquainted with what you are talking of here.
