Well, we just had mesquite wood smoked pork shoulder, simmered in Jack Daniel's Original Spicy BBQ sauce for 8 hours. But, I would trade you a couple lbs of my smoked pork shoulder for a couple lbs of salmon.
Can we "meat" somewhere this summer?????????
We are doing Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming this summer. Our plans, leave in the morning and turn left......

Hmmmm that pork shoulder sounds really good Jim, I will be just across the border of both Idaho and Montana this summer. I will be sure to pack a couple extra Sockeye salmon filets in the freezer just in case. Can almost smell that Mesquite from here.
