They work ok. I got the 3 yr warrantee from camperworld, and have had 3 new ones in 4 years. I just pay for the warrantee. I cover all the sharp edges, but it still seems to rip. It beats the hot Arizona beating on it. We are on the road a lot now, so the one we got now should last longer.
