Of course you can live full time in the Rv any brand many folks do. Are they designed for full time use??IMO no. We are living in ours full time now for six months and have done that in two Montana's for the last 7 years.
Our 06 3400 "held up nicely" in term of interior items for the 7 years we had it. Can't say the same for a list of other items like holding tanks, frame stress, U bolts. Graphics, Tires.
We do what we need to do and adapt to the circumstances. These things are NOT built to be a residence and that is what "Full timing" is.
