Not saying it is OK, but we have done it with every rig we have. In colder temperatures, since the pets are crated in the rig, we like to keep them at a comfortable temperature, regardless of the outside conditions. Just relating what we do, not recommending the practice for others since it can cause a "heated" debate at times. Hee Hee, I am quite proud of myself for that pun!!
