The only thing I will add about the Splendide stackables, is that ours are now over five years old and we have never had an inkling of a problem with them. When we are camping, they run pretty much non-stop during the day which by rough math yields about 2000 hours of operation without a hiccup! The new rig will have a brand new set of Splendides installed in it by the dealer. The main reason we elected for dealer installed new ones is to have them covered by an extended service plan in addition to the new unit warranty if we elect to again go that route.
We will not be without them in the future, regardless.
