I feel obligated to post this to be fair to Ford. I had to hire a transport driver when my truck failed to pull my trailer to my vacation destination and back. This cost me almost $800.00. Ford paid the entire amount under the Roadside Assistance Program. They also repaired my truck in less than a week. I'm a happy customer, for now.
