Bill-- once you lube the gears and the screw and if it keeps blowing the fuse or breaker, you may have a bent shaft and that means replacement. There have been several post on this problem(mine included) and that is an easy job if you can get the unit supported on the TV or on blocks. IF you do need new legs my suggestion would be to also get a new gear box assembly too. The newer ones are with a metal housing where the older ones are enclosed in a plastic housing. The motor may be starting to go also IF you forgot to loosen the JTs and put a bind on the motor also. My suggestion is also to put a larger breaker/fuse setup on the line to the motor. I've changed mine out and it works great now. It should since I had to replace both legs and the gear box.
