Tim-- A good Texan should be able to eat that 14-18# brisket at one sitting with no problem!

Thanks Ozz, got to get the Seal-o-Meal out before heading to Q and the great Southwest so we can have some of the goodies without having to drag the smoker or the Big Easy along with us!
