I have never heard of any bushing that does not wear. Isn't that the definition of bushing, that it takes the stress and will wear out before the more important part it's trying to protect? I can imagine they might wear slower and that might limit failures, but it should take no time to determine how they are doing, but someone else will need to try this experiment.
Get these bushings, take measurements, install them and drive the rig quite often. Then check them in about six months (or right before the warranty date, if any) and take measurements to ensure they are exactly the same. If they are, then they just might be okay. Then do this all over again after another time interval.
