Didn't realize what LEO was. I'm not in that line of work but I would think while in a car the same safety issues would still exist. I would think on a greater scale, the LOA probably has many more possible distractions than the average Joe driving down the road. Is there a reason for not having a hands free setup in a patrol car? How much work is done by cell phone?
