We have one and love it! We get a lot of burn-bans here in Texas and we enjoy sitting around the fire. I do agree it is no substitute for the real thing, but it is great when you want a fire an either no time to make/tend one or rules prevent a regular fire. It is a good quality product that is easy to setup and/or pack away.
