Just think of all the heat you don't have! This means that your fixtures won't melt, your A/C's won't be running as much, and don't forget that because the current draw is so much less, your house batteries will last longer since they will have fewer discharge/charge cycles!

Since we are at our winter location in Florida where we pay for electric, we are enjoying smaller power bills than ever before with many of our 12v lights on (we typically leave our porch, step, scare, and bbq lights on all night because the dog is 16 and a half and has to go out to potty frequently).
