thor, I too had a 2000 Ford that required nothing to support the 5'er and it sat level. When we bought the 09 Dodge we noticed it squatted quite a bit. Also noticed looking in the rear view mirror the 5'er rocked left to right more than on the Ford. According to Dodge consumers were really complaining about how rough the ride was on the 2500 & 3500 series trucks. They came out with a light load setting for the tires where you bring the rear tires down to 45 psi when empty and it does soften the ride. I think they also altered the suspension some how to achieve a smoother softer "empty" ride. Not sure they did the same to the 3500's but mission was accomplished on my 2500 and Timbrens did prevent the squat and side to side movement. Jim
