Ishler, We had the same problem. Looking out the window we were getting water in the bottom window seal bottom right, it would fill to top with water. There is a seam between the large picture window and the lower corner window that needed sealed. Pull both seals out about two inches and seal with silicone push seals back in, worked for Us.
