I think there have been other threads on this and it seems to me the reason most are cracking is because there is no support under the tub/shower floor. If you put a shower down in the stick you put either foam or mortar under it to support the floor from the weight of your body standing on it. If I remember right from the other threads, Keystone/Montana does not put anything under that floor or base. There have been some fixes by putting spray-in/expanding foam under the base to fill the open space if I am not mistaken!.
