This has been a known problem with 2005 & 2006 models. Seems they (GM) still didn't get it right if the problem persists with the 2007 models. The Technical Service Bulletin is 05-02-35-003B, dated January 27, 2006. PM me if you are interested in the text of this TSB if you cannot find it for yourself.
