Oh, I get it alright. I would have slapped trade sanctions on China faster than you can say Mao Zedong. But with the trade imbalance we currently have, that is now impossible. By virtue of our trade debt, China owns more of the US than most of people realize. And you are 100% right, we have no one to blame but ourselves.
