We don't have a front A/C but do have vent covers on the bath and kitchen (not on the bedroom). I measured ours at 12" 10" at the highest point (kitchen vent cover), hooked up and on level ground. We will use the lucky number "13" as our limit when judging clearances, but will be cautious for anything under 13' 6" especially on secondary or tertiary roads. OBTW, our rig might not look level front to back but it is level over the bed rails of the truck. So which is more important?
