Ford Owners web site where you can register and set up your profile by entering you VIN for your truck and see the complete maintenance history if it was done by a Ford dealer. I sometimes look back to see exactly when and at what mileage any work of any kind was done on my truck by my dealer.
You could set that up with your current address and probably get any future mailings from Ford.
