Our table is secured to the floor and have questioned why we have to secure the 4 chairs but we do tie them in just for safeties sake, as I would hate to see them move then rub or scratch any finished wood. I will say the Monty does give a smooth ride with the Mor-Ryde suspension and hitch. I am impressed!
