Hi, we stayed at Liberty Harbor Marina and RV park Sept '08. Its a flat gravel parking lot with water and electricity, one dumping station. Laundry and showers aren't that bad. There is a bar/nightclub on the premises only 50 yards from RV parking, so it can get noisy late at night. Some of their ads say they have wi-fi.....not when we were there they didn't. There is a NY Waterway Ferry Terminal on site, and a subway station a 2 minute walk away. There is some grass close by for pet walking etc.
IMHO a so-so place to stay if you plan on long day trips, bur not where you would want to hang around at.
