If they are aluminum wheels, torque should be 110-120 ft lbs. If steel wheels, I don't know what the torque minimum should be. I have one steel wheel that I torque the same as my aluminum wheels. The reason I have one steel wheel is because one of my aluminum wheels cracked by the valve stem and I had to buy any wheel I could get to continue on my way.
