Small screw on the engine side of the fuel filter housing. Careful though as it is plastic. IIRC (truck is not here at this moment) it is straight slot and hex. When priming, just loosen up until air comes out. The oring is on that screw.

As a continuation of the above...keep pumping until you get a steady flow of fuel (no air bubbles) then all the air is out of it and it is primed.
