Richfaa, sorry to hear about your problems. I hope everything will be OK after this service. Tell them to re-flash truck,s computer software to the latest version. That version informs you when regen is happening and when is complete. I will take my truck to the dealer after I reach about 1000 miles for the same upgrade. Also I am keeping close attention to the humming noise while turning left. I hope it will go away after
