These guys are North Dakotans. Those folk get their fair share of snow, ice, extreme cold weather, and fierce winds. Remember I was in Bismarck for almost a year last winter; the weather can be terrible. I bet it must have been something that snuck up on them from out of nowhere. Thank Goodness no one was hurt! Could have been so much worse.
