The new Montanas have a different trim. It appears to be a plastic of some sort rather than rubber or soft vinyl. I wonder if a retrofit with the new trim would be a long term solution for you. We've only had ours less than three months so it's too early to tell whether the new trim will avoid the old problem. My bet is Keystone read here about the mold problem and switched to a different trim.
