Down here in the ST George, UT phone book they are listed under car washing and detail. Just called a guy to come out to do ours and he charges, $2.00 a foot and $10.00 extra for the roof. He will also wax it, but didn't ask the price. Most campgrounds have a bulletin board and there is usually a few cards on it for people to call that will do it. Most of them haul a water tank with them.
