Rich, Glad that worked out for you. That's our goal - to be long-timers; and who knows, we might just decide to do it, even without a house sitter - the neighbors do a good job of keeping an eye on the place externally. Even if we don't take the Montana south this year, we are toying with the idea of flying down and visiting the Monty group at "Q".
